My mom just called with an update on today's hearing. She said the Ragsdales (or at least David's attorney) pleaded with the judge to allow David to go back on his medications -- the ones he was on before killing Kristy. They said he desperately needs them. They also asked for a two-week continuance, which was granted. So, my mom is now scheduled to testify on May 27th, unless something changes between now and then.

Hello, I know Stacey that you will not know me, however Tony will we were in the same ward together and attended seminary together...Ann suggested that I look here for up-dates on the legal stuff with David. I am setting up a blogspot account and have no clue how to add people to my page..I would like to add you and Tony but again am lost on this until I get more familiar. I hope you are settling in well and getting comfortable in Arizona and yes it gets CRAZY hot there...We LOVE Sedona...great place to hike, camp etc. and MUCH cooler than where you are..or maybe it just seems cooler, anyhow I hope to hear from you and also wanted to take a moment to Thank you and Tony for keeping the rest of us up dated on the trial, I know this is not easy for any of the family and I just want you to know, that these blogspot things are deeply appreciated and actually comforting, I loved Kristy, I love Ann just as much and admire her more than I can express, I have always appreciated Tony and admired him to, and Unlike Kristy never tell people just how much I appreciate/look up to them/adore/love etc. With Kristy's fatality I have made a commitment to changing that about myself and instead have decided just how important it is to write that little note to an old YW president and tell her how much she helped or inspired me..so with that said, I am re-connecting with a few people I truly appreciate. Congrats on the new job and house. We too are moving to Arizona to the north part of Tucson. As soon as our house sells on Fox Island we will head down. So if you ever take a trip south you are welcome to come by. Tony we just got a card and letter update from your parents. Your family continues to be in our prayers.
