Ragsdale Pleads Guilty

David Ragsdale plead guilty today to capital murder. His formal sentencing will be January 29th. However, the minimum sentence is 20 years to life with the possibility of parole.

I'm trying my hardest, even though it's difficult, to not let the events of the last eleven months control my life, so I'll try me best to trust the prosecutor's judgment and move on with my life rather than be caught up in the details of a few years here and there.

Ann's Home!

Al flew down to Utah on Monday to drive Ann and the boys home. They got in last night and are happy to be there. Ann has a lot of work ahead of her getting the house set up for the boys (moving furniture, etc.) so I'm sure she'd appreciate any helping hands from those of you nearby.
