Off to take the bar exam.

I'm headed to Tucson to take the Arizona bar exam Tuesday and Wednesday. A week ago I was feeling quite good, but in the last few days the limitations of my mortal existence have been weighing on my brain. Oh well, I can always retake it if necessary. Besides, my job isn't contingent on passing, so I'll at least have a paycheck coming in.

Maybe I should change my hotel reservation and stay at the Holiday Inn Express. . . couldn't hurt.

Today's Hearing

Today the court was supposed to set the trial date. However, due to David firing his attorney it has been postponed one month, which is what we expected.

Pool water like a nice bath!

Since I have been working during the day, Tony and I have occasionally gone to the pool at night around 8 or 9pm. I thought I would post that we were just over there and I think the water was at least 92 degrees! There's not a thermometer that I know of, but it felt warmer than the air and it's 94 right now. At night I like the warm water. When it's 115 outside, not so much.

Also I just want to say that at work we talk about and research cruises every day, so I am really wanting to go on one now! I'm thinking November or December, since that is the slowest time supposedly, for my job. Guess people don't tend to book cruises around Christmas. It will all depend. There's always something else to do with our money, as I'm sure it is with anyone.

Ann's going home (for a month)

Ann and the boys are headed to Washington. They'll be there July 11th through August 11th. She hasn't been back in six months, so she's really looking forward to going home.

My mom just called and said David Ragsdale fired his attorney. We were supposed to get a trial date next week, but it looks like we won't know for at least another month.

Life's pretty boring right now. I'm busy studying for the Arizona bar exam at the end of July and I'm not looking forward to it -- but then who is? Stacey's in training for her new job as a travel agent. She's be a cruise expert so feel free to contact her if you want to book a cruise! We can't wait to be able to use some of her travel benefits.
